The following Participation Form is intended to be filled out in agreement with the Information sent via e-mail by the Order of Malta’s Canadian Association to support the organization and logistics of the 2026 Pilgrimage to Lourdes.

Each attendee must register separately, including children.
To participate in the activities of the Canadian Association during the International Pilgrimage fill out the form and proceed with payment of mandatory non-refundable registration fee.
