Annual General Meeting Weekend—2024

The Canadian Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday, 13th September 2024 at 19:00 hrs in the basement of Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica, 385 Sussex Dr, Ottawa, ON K1N 1J9.

Itinerary

This year, all activities will be held at Notre-Dame Cathedral 385 Sussex.

• Benediction

  Friday,September 13, 2024 — 6:00pm
  

  Please be there at 5:00 PM to get dressed with your robe or mantle.

• Annual General Meeting

  Friday,September 13, 2024 — 7:00pm
  

  In the basement of the Cathedral
  Sandwiches and refreshments will be available.

• Mass

  Saturday, September 14 2024 10:30am
  

  Followed by a light luncheon in the basement.
  Please be there at 09:30 to get dressed with your robe or mantle.

• Reception & Black-Tie Dinner

  Special Guest: His Excellency, The Most Reverend Ivan Jurkovič, Titular Archbishop of Corbavia (Krbava) and Apostolic Nuncio to Canada.

  Dress Code:
  Gentlemen may wear tuxedos & black ties or mess kits, and miniature decorations. Ladies may wear evening gowns and miniature decorations.

Cost

Attendance at the Annual General Meeting, Mass, and luncheon is free.
Dinner &  reception is $200. Registration is required.

Consider contributing for a chaplain.
