The following confidential form is intended to support the planning and logistics for the Order of Malta’s Canadian Association 2025 Pilgrimage to Lourdes in May.
There will be a mandatory non-refundable fee of $50 per registrant that will be forwarded to Rome.
Registration must be completed before January 24th, 2025.
Each attendee must register separately, including family members.
